Most beading is round. Hexagon beads are how you break that up. This collection brings together 14mm silicone hexagon and abacus-style beads in solid colors, opal finishes and printed patterns, all cut with flat faces that catch the light differently than a smooth round bead.
Crafters reach for hexagons when a design needs structure. Use them as spacers between larger rounds, stack them in blocks of color for a geometric run, or frame a focal bead to give it a defined edge. They sit flat against a pen barrel and hold their shape on a wristlet, which makes them one of the easiest ways to make a simple design look deliberate.
✨ Perfect for:
• Beadable pens and badge reels
• Wristlet keychains and bag charms
• Geometric and color-block designs
• Spacing between 15mm and 20mm round beads
• Handmade jewelry and pacifier clips
• DIY craft kits for small business makers
✨ Why crafters love hexagon beads:
• Premium BPA-free silicone, soft but hard-wearing
• Flat faces give depth and shadow that round beads cannot
• 14mm size pairs cleanly with 12mm spacers and 15mm rounds
• Standard 2mm hole for easy stringing
• Available in singles and bulk count bags
If your designs have started to feel same-y, a row of hexagons is usually the fix.
Design with edges. Create happiness.
