Returns & Refund Policy | Four Seasons of Happiness

At Four Seasons of Happiness, we want you to love your beading supplies, UV DTF transfers, and handmade craft products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

⏳ Return Window

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your order, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • You must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Live claimed items are NONREFUNDABLE and are final sale. 

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer — send them directly to us at Four Seasons of Happiness.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Perishables (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases

💸 Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming we’ve received your item and whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your Four Seasons of Happiness account or original payment method.

🏷️ Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or clearance products cannot be refunded.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at fourseasonsofhappiness@yahoo.com and send your return to:

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
